All routines must be submitted online or postmarked no later than thirty (30) days before the competition date to secure a place in the competition. Submission received after the 30-day deadline may not be eligible for inclusion in the competition. PLEASE NOTE: ALL ROUTINE FEES ARE NON - REFUNDABLE.
Routines will not be accepted by phone or fax. Routines will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be considered official until we receive payment in full. All checks or money orders should be made payable to “Dream Dance Challenge.”
Payment methods include credit card, company check, cashier’s check or money order and must be in US dollars (USD). Please be advised that a service charge will be assessed on all credit card transactions. No personal checks will be accepted from individual parents; studio company checks only, please. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks. Routine fees are non-refundable.
Any schedule changes requested within fourteen (14) days of the event will incur a $20.00 change fee. Note: Registration changes will NOT be accepted within 5 days of the event. On-site registration will not be permitted.
An email will be sent to each studio approximately 7-10 days before the competition containing all event details. Please be ready to perform at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled performance time. All performers must be prepared to dance when scheduled. Dream Dance Challenge will not “hold” any routine. Should an artist not be ready to perform at the scheduled time, the routine may not be rescheduled.
